ActiPOINT signalize these call states:
  • Incoming calls
  • Outgoing calls (calls which are initiated using the phone directly, too)
  • Start of conversation (Callee go onhook: It can be archived whether a call was successful)
  • End of calls (It is possible to determine how long a phone call lasted)
  • Calls on hold (Depends on the operating mode)
  • Phone numbers (The dialed number or the number of the caller are signalled)
  • Line/VoIP profile/provider (Every call can be assigned to the VoIP profile/provider)
